After nearly two years of renovations through COVID, including a glass conservatory addition, with all of the trials and tribulations that came with this project such as local agency approval delays, labor and material issues, a flood, and our GC actually passing away early in construction unfortunately, we are finally…mostly…done. The results are what we imagined and hoped this historic preservation and renovation project would be…home!
