We are all good now and eager to have you as our guest for this amazing 5-course Mead & Dinner tasting. Mead is the oldest form of alcohol known, made from honey, water and yeast. This tasting will feature meads from New Jersey's only two local meaderies paired with a delicious, locally sourced 5-course menu prepared by our own Chef, Chloe Kliwinski. You can dine in either the historic 1744 original dining room with 15' stone fireplace or in the newly added conservatory kitchen at the chef's table.
